In order to run a national aviation safety management system and as part of efforts to manage reports and results of monitoring by the DGCA and the National Aviation Safety Program Office on the implementation of aviation safety conducted by the Aviation Industry in Indonesia, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, through the Directorate of Airworthiness air and Aircraft Operation Socialization implement SSP (State Safety Programme) which was held on 7, 11 and February 13, 2013 which was held at the Mercure Hotel, Jakarta by inviting all Airports Authority, Service Provider, operator Flight, Aircraft Repair and Schools flight.

Ministry of Transportation, in this case the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Flight Safety Program has established a National or State Safety Programme (SSP) which has the function to identify and deal with any problems that appear in the world of national flights. National Aviation Safety Program in detail dijelasakan in KM No. 8 of 2010 on NATIONAL AVIATION SAFETY PROGRAM.
